Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeadFlow Manager ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our platform, services, and products (collectively, the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

• "Service" means all software, features, applications, services, technologies, and products provided by LeadFlow Manager
• "User Content" means any information, data, text, or other materials you submit to the Service
• "Account" means your registered account with LeadFlow Manager

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are located in the United States or Canada
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance
• Circumvent any limitations or security measures
• Upload malicious code or content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• All fees are in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law
• You agree to maintain valid payment information
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LeadFlow Manager. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADFLOW MANAGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadFlow Manager from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your User Content
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Alberta, Canada.
