Getting Started with LeadFlow Manager
This guide will walk you through the setup process for LeadFlow Manager. There are two main paths depending on your situation: joining an existing organization or creating a new company account.
Joining an Existing Organization
If your company is already using LeadFlow Manager, follow these steps:
- Visit the Sign-Up Page: Go to LeadFlow Manager
- Select Join Organization: Click on "Join an Existing Organization"
- Enter Organization Details:
- Access Your Dashboard: After submitting, you'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can start using all features immediately.
Creating a New Company Account
If you're setting up LeadFlow Manager for your company:
Step 1: Initial Registration
- Sign Up: Visit LeadFlow Manager and create a free account
- Register New Organization: Click on "Register a New Organization"
- Company Setup: You'll be prompted to create:
Step 2: Payment and Trial
- Payment Page: After company setup, you'll be redirected to the payments page
- Free Trial: You'll get the Professional plan free for 14 days
- Billing Setup: Complete your payment information to activate the trial
Step 3: Office Configuration
After successful payment, you'll be redirected to the billing handling page where your first office will be automatically created.
Important Note: If you navigate away from the Stripe portal and return to the application, you may find your first office was cancelled. If this happens, you'll need to reactivate it (note: the free trial won't apply again). If you encounter this issue as a new user, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Installing the Mobile App
For easy mobile access:
- Use Chrome Browser: Open LeadFlow Manager in Chrome
- Access Menu: Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Install App: Look for "Add to Home Screen" then click "Install"
- App Name: The installed app will appear as "LFM" (LeadFlow Manager)

- Dashboard: Centralized hub to view, manage, and track leads. Assign team members, update lead statuses, and access detailed lead information.
- Time Slots: Configure and manage available time slots for booking leads across various offices and departments.
- Statuses: Define and customize lead statuses to reflect their current stage in the pipeline, also used to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Management: Edit, manage, and assign roles to team members.
- Reports: Gain insights into team performance, office performance, department performance and overall KPIs through customizable analytics and reporting tools.
